My time here is almost over

In a few hours I fly back to Anchorage. It's been snowing on and off for the last week, but also getting much colder: tomorrow night the forecast calls for temperatures down to -25 F, or -32 Celsius! Man. That's cold. I'm excited to run in that. Haven't run in anything colder than -10 F.

You really need to run when it is minus 40 out. Then it is equal in both Celsius and Fahrenheit.

Only people who like really cold temperatures probably notice those kinds of things ;)

I never like running in cold temperatures because I get this strange sensation that my muscles want to snap due to the contrast between the cold and the warmth they produce. Perhaps I have had bad experiences with cold weather.

It was nice chatting with you for a little while last night despite poor reception and loud bar noises. I think I only heard a few words you said.
