I will spare you trite sentimental observations about my NY-AK trip. Suffice it to say that it was most enjoyable.
I love Alaska. No, even better. I'm in love with Alaska.

What area of Anchorage do you live in? What company are you working at?
I live on Lake Otis, between Downling and Tudor, and I work for RDI, which is on International Airport and Old Seward. So it takes me 4 min to drive to work. 6 min to drive to Hillside for crosscountry skiing. Yesssssss.

i'd feel more sorry for your truck if it happened last week instead of three months ago, but i'm sorry anyway. i'm glad you like alaska...maybe my next summer roadtrip should be to there.
